 Alicia Klug, Early Childhood Director

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Chicago and a master’s degree from Webster University in St. Louis. I have 20 years of experience in Lutheran Education, including 10 years of administrative experience. I am so excited to be a part of Trinity’s Early Childhood Program.

 

 

 

 




Rebecca Logan, Assistant
 Early Childhood Director

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in elementary education. I love working with kids and seeing their face when they learn something new.  I also love teaching about Jesus. I love working at Trinity because I get to share my love of Christ every day with kids in a Christ-centered environment. 

 

Tracie Dinardo, Preschool Teacher Aide 

I was born Chicago, but I have lived in Springfield most of my life. I attended Lincoln Land Community College to focus on liberal arts. What I love most about my job is working with the children on a regular basis and watching them grow and learn. I also enjoy the time spent with the staff members, and the meaningful relationships I have developed with them. 

 

Pam Lazar, Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

I am a Trinity graduate who joined the Preschool staff in 2013 after filling in temporarily a few times. I previously worked at the Mini O'Beirne Crisis Nursery. I enjoy spending time with my family, husband Bill, kids Max and Cassie, and volunteering with the Animal Protective League.


Michelle McWilliams, Pre- Kindergarten Teacher

I have a degree in medical management from St. John’s College and have also taken many early childhood education courses through Lincoln Land Community College and Benedictine University. I love teaching and am blessed to be teaching here at Trinity.

Dara Merino, Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

I have an associates degree in early childhood education and have been teaching early childhood for more than 8 years. I am a level four Illinois Gateways Credentialed EArly Childhood provided and am pursuing my bachelor degree in early childhood while majoring in special education at Kendall College in Chicago. I truly enjoy teaching little ones about the power of Christ, the positivity of music, and how knowledge is power.

I am a Trinity Lutheran School graduate. My favorite aspect of my job is helping the kids learn and grow. 


Jodi Heyen, Preschool Teacher Aide

I have an educational background centered in psychology/social work. A favorite aspect of my job as a teacher aide at Trinity is to take note of the overall progress that the children make as they go through the preschool classrooms.

I have been a teacher's aide  at Trinity Preschool for more than ten years.
