 Rev. Dr. Thomas Radtke
Head Pastor
Thomas Radtke began his ministry at Trinity as Associate Pastor
in 1983. On 1/20/2007 he was installed as Head Pastor. He graduated from Concordia Theological
Seminary, Ft. Wayne, IN in 1978 with a M. Div (Master of Divinity). He received his D. Min. (Doctor of Divinity) degree from Concordia Seminary, St Louis in May, 2005. Pastor Radtke
has been married to his wife, Carol, for over 30 years and they have three sons: Bryan, Brent, and Braden. Pastor Radtke's hobbies include history, sports, and physical fitness.

Aaron D. Schnelle
Associate Pastor
Pastor Aaron Schnelle was born February 14, 1976, the son of Pastor Paul and Joan Schnelle, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Carthage Senior High School, graduating in 1994. In December of 1999 he graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Following graduation, he taught at Trinity Lutheran School, Freistatt, Missouri for two years.
Pastor Schnelle entered Concordia Seminary of St Louis in September 2002. He served on vicarage at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School of Murphysboro, Illinois. His studies were completed and he graduated in May of 2007 with a Master Divinity.
On July 13, 2007, he was joined in marriage to Kimberly Goeres at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Springfield, Illinois. Their marriage has since been blessed with a son, Caden Heinrich, born November 26, 2008.
His first call into the Holy Ministry was to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Kokomo, Indiana where he served from August of 2007 to December 2008. On October 20, 2008 he was called as Associate Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Springfield, Illinois.
