Rothe - 50th  

Rev. and Mrs. Martin H.  
Rothe, 322 Southwind
Drive, celebrated their 50th  
wedding anniversary with a
family dinner hosted by their
daughters, at the Holiday 
Inn-South.
  
Pastor Rothe and the
former Leona L. Jasper were
married on April 16, 1933 at
St. Peter's Lutheran Church,
St. Peter.

Prior to Rev. Martin Rothe's 
retirement in 1973, 
he has served as the visita-
tion Pastor at the Trinity
Lutheran Church, Springfield.

They are the parents of
two daughters, Mrs. Doris
Richardson of Springfield
and Mrs. Lucille Runnels of
Plymouth, Minn. They have
four grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
